Keeping It Real Estate

Since its founding in 2013, Cologne-based real estate firm Seffen has grown steadily – in expertise, in experience, and in the way it connects with people. With this evolution came the desire to reflect that development visually, and I had the pleasure of leading the full rebranding process: from logo and colour system to website design and brand applications across print and digital.

The new visual identity centres around clarity, trust and human connection – qualities that define Seffen’s philosophy. The guiding principle, “Von Menschen für Menschen. In und um Köln.” (From people, for people. In and around Cologne.) is now supported by a confident yet understated design that balances stability with adaptability.

A particular focus of the project was the development of the new website. Together with my web developers, we not only gave the interface a fresh and responsive design, but also integrated Propstack – the real estate CRM system used by many agencies – via a custom plugin. Unlike most implementations of Propstack, which often feel generic and disconnected from the brand experience, we tailored the integration to match Seffen’s identity down to the smallest detail. The result is a seamless, intuitive and aesthetically cohesive platform that delivers both function and feeling.

The client is more than happy – and so are we. A real estate brand that doesn’t just sell properties, but stands for relationships, local presence and long-term trust, now has a visual language that lives up to that promise.
